Plaid Tidings Thank You Card

Today, I got the opportunity to create with some of the new goodies from the August – December Mini Catalog. I made a simple A2 Thank You card for a customer and I love it!

Here is the color palette used for this card

I used Cherry Cobbler Cardstock and the coordinating Plaid Tidings DSP. I used retired white grosgrain ribbon to separate them. I cut the tag for my sentiment with the Celebration Labels Dies and the sentiment is from Peaceful Moments.

On the inside of the card and on the envelope, I stamped a flourish and sentiment from the new Celebration Tidings stamps.

If you live in the US, I would love you to choose me as your demonstrator. Another Sweet and Simple Card

Here is another card I created using the Tasteful Touches Bundle. This time, I changed the color palette just slightly, and used a different combination of stamps. I fussy cut the flower, and layered it over the stamps in the background. I have to admit that I despise fussy cutting, but this set is really easy to cut.

Sweet and Simple

Have I mentioned that I am obsessed with the Tasteful Touches Bundle? I love how versatile it is – it makes quick and easy cards for any occasion and any recipient! By changing the color palette used, it gives the same card a whole different feel.

A card so quick and easy, I made two!

I may be a little obsessed with this color combination! I was dying to try out the Tasteful Touches set, and wanted something simple, yet beautiful. A dear friend lost her long, courageous battle with cancer last week, so this made the perfect sympathy card for the family.

Here is the color palette

All of the materials (except the twine, which has been retired) used can be found on my website.

Stamps: Tasteful Touches, Peaceful Moments

Dies: Painted Labels

Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Whisper White

Ink: Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Memento – Tuxedo Black

Misc.: In Good Taste DSP, Dauber, Adhesives, Night of Navy Twine (Retired)

Because this card was so simple and whipped up in no time flat, I simply changed the sentiment and had a sweet card that I can send to a friend to say “Hi!”
